Who are we?
Royston has a degree in Management Development and Social Responsibilities, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Centre for Mentoring and Coaching.
Royston has over 20 years senior management experience working with a variety of organisations in different sectors, including the private, public and the voluntary sector. A Consultant, Facilitator and Trainer Royston works with businesses on operational and organisational change management. In addition Royston assists the individual to develop their leadership role yielding tangible and measurable results.
Royston's work as a mentor has seen him support clients both in, and out of, the working environment. These include senior leadership teams; as well as staff deemed to be a challenge.. In addition to mentoring, Royston continues his organisation change functions, with a strong pragmatic focus on the well-being of the individual; community development of groups and; working with children and parents.
International working includes a leadership development programme with the British Council and 19 African countries; Ministry of Education Nurses in Grenada; and on-going annual leadership development well-being workshop in USA with National Coalition Building Institute.
Sarah is an experienced senior manager and leader in the public sector, with an impressive track record of delivering results through operational and strategic HR, and organisational development. With over twenty years’ experience gained within County Council and London Boroughs she was responsible for establishing and leading one of the first HR shared services in London. This was a challenging service improvement and change management role requiring high level influencing and communication skills in order to ensure all stakeholders supported the new service model.
Sarah is an experienced consultant working with others to create performance improvements and deliver values-led organisational change, leading projects or providing leadership coaching, training, facilitation and mediation. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills she successfully balances strategic vision with a hands-on approach to deliver results.
Pippa is a Master Practitioner of NLP who has been coaching and mentoring staff in the not-for-profit sector for 20 years. She also holds the IDHP post-graduate Diploma in Facilitation, Coaching and Leadership. Recent contracts include working with staff and stakeholders in several different organisations using Solutions Focus methods to find useful ways forward. Pippa has excellent questioning skills, compassion and humour to help clients find useful ways forward in a complex and demanding world. This allows managers to think about those they manage, those they are managed by, and how best to influence them positively. This includes facilitating groups of various kinds to help them reach useful solutions to find out what customers/service users want.
