Action learning sets
Staff fear of exposure, ridicule and rejection can sometimes have potential team players working as cocooned individuals, not achieving full potential for themselves or the organisation. Action learning set are a unified platform which is inclusive of all team members.
Development through action learning will ensure the breakdown of silos and improve team dynamics, allowing managers and staff to continue working on their individual programme of work but with a collective brain input to develop their projects thus achieving the organisational targets and goals.
All participants will develop more systemic understanding from working in small action learning sets as they uncover the best approach to issues they have in common.
