Coaching and mentoring

Mentoring incorporates knowledge and skills development, personal organisational based learning and personal problem solving/awareness issues. Proactive, challenging and setting specific objectives in line with development needs or organisation framework.
Bringing about significant and lasting change that would benefit the individual and the organisation. Unlocking potential, enhancing personal performance, and raising awareness of personal behaviours, organisation and service needs.

 

Methodology
We work with individuals on a one-to-one basis. We would recommend that each individual has at least 6 sessions spread over a period of time e.g. monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.
Manager as coach – developing the skill set for managers to develop staff, manage good and poor performance, utilising  personal development  as an enabling tool to improve performance. The outcome is to support performance and to ensure individuals feel valued, appreciated and challenged.
